Programs for Kids & Young Adults

NEW Hour and Date! AND open to all ages. Story Time, for kids ages 2 and up along with their parents or caregivers, has expanded. Preschoolers and Home schoolers can now enjoy stories, rhymes and activities once a week at each library. Blanchard’s Story Time is on Wednesdays and Priest River’s Story Time is on Thursdays. Both groups meet at 11:00 a.m.

New Hour and Days! Tale Twisters features stories and crafts for kids, grades Kindergarten-6, held in Priest River EVERY Thursday of the month at 3-3:45p.m.

YAC (Youth Advisory Council), for teens only, is seeking teens interested in meeting once a month at the library to plan events of interest. New Playstation DDR, Guitar Hero and Sing Star available for teen use. Contact Jean or Katie at 448-2207

NEW! Game Day, every Tuesday from 3-5 in Priest River. Bring your favorite game or use a library boardgame and join your friends for fun and snacks. All ages are welcome. Small children must be accompanied by a caregiver.
