How to Get a Library Card

You can apply for a library card in person during regular hours at either West Bonner Library District branch in Priest River or Blanchard.

You'll need a picture ID and proof of current physical address.

Family and individual cards are available. Minors' cards are issued under the parent or guardian account. Parents or guardians are responsible for library materials and any fines or charges incurred by minor children.

Internet access is available with a signed Computer/Internet Use Agreement. A parent or guardian must be present to sign the agreement for a minor.

To view the full Library Use and Computer/Internet Use policies, click on "Library Policies" under About the Library.

Your library account can be accessed online with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your choice. Items can be placed on hold and renewed, your loan history can be activated, and items out, due dates and fines can be viewed. You can also register your email address to receive email notifications of holds and overdue materials.

Books, audio books and videos can be checked out for three weeks with one renewal except for items on hold.
