You can apply for a library card in person during regular hours at either West Bonner Library District branch in Priest River or Blanchard, or at any Cooperative Information Network library. Applications are also available online.
You’ll need a picture ID and proof of current physical address.
Minors’ cards are issued under the parent or guardian account. Parents or guardians are responsible for library materials and any fines or charges incurred by minor children. A parent or guardian must be present to sign for minors’ Internet access.

Your library account can be accessed online. Items can be placed on hold and renewed, and items out, due dates and fines can be viewed. You can also register your email address to receive email notifications of holds and overdue materials, and to receive a courtesy email three days before items are due.
High demand items can be checked out for TWO weeks. Other books and audio books can be checked out for FOUR weeks with one renewal, except for items on hold. Videos can be checked out for ONE week.
