 Preserve Your Own Food

The University of Idaho Extension will present 'Preserving Food at Home' on July 7 & 9, 6-8 pm, at the Priest River Library.  Learn about food safety, canning fruits, jams and jellies, pressure canning, freezing and dehydrating. There is a $5 charge per class for handouts. Please sign up at either branch library.
